This Tutorial explains for you how to set up voice input output settings in your Samsung or any other android phone. Voice Input Output as it is clear from its name , you can provide any input with your voice and get audible response as output.
As the voice input works as default along with keypad input but To Enable output response , you need to install some necessary data required for speech synthesis i.e. Install Voice data.
This will provide audible response for texts. i.e. for text messages and caller Id for incoming calls.
Now, Let`s have a look on all the options which are listed under Voice Input Output in Settings in your samsung galaxy android phone.

Voice recognition settings :
Language : A no. of languages are listed in this option. Choose your language
from the list by scrolling down.

SafeSearch : There is three options : Off , Moderate and Strict for filtering explicit

Off - do not filter any search result ,
Moderate - filter explicit images only ,
Strict - filter both text and explicit images
Block offensive words : If you Select ( Tick ) this option , This hides the known
offensive words from your search results.
Text-to-speech settings :
First of all You have to Install voice data , if not already installed , for configuring settings under this option.
To Install voice data , Press or Touch on it.This will download and install necessary data automatically, internet data service is required.
Listen to an example : Pressing or touch on this option, plays a voice
demonstration of speech synthesis.

Always use my settings : Select ( Tick ) overrides the application`s default
settings with the default settings you configure.

Default Engine : Choose speech synthesis engine to be used for spoken text.

Speech Rate : It is the rate at which text is spoken. Choose one of these : Very
slow / Slow / Normal / Fast / Very fast.

Language : Choose language-specific voice for spoken text so that you can

Pico TTS : Under Engines , in Pico TTS settings, Here`s the languages supported
