So, Download Java JDK Documentation, you can learn from it or add it to your default java documentation instead of using online documentation.

How to Add the API Documentation ?

Download " jdk-7u4-apidocs.zip file " Java JDK Documentation from the official website of oracle and save it in your system at your desired location.

• Open Netbeans IDE

• Click on Tools >> Java Platforms

• Click on Javadoc ( in next window ).

• Remove URL of the documentation in the list there.

• Click on Add Zip/Folder... and Find the directory where you saved the jdk-7u4-apidocs.zip file , Select it and Click on Add ZIP/Folder.

• Close.
